I wore my new (cheap!) dress from ModCloth today and I’m pretty sure I got more compliments on it than I’ve ever gotten on an article of clothing in my entire life.

And there was a Young Adult “Unlikely Heroines” panel event today at work that was AWESOME. The Joss Whedon “Because you’re still asking that question” quote and Buffy were discussed at one point.

Tomorrow I’m most likely going thrift store shopping (er, well, only browsing for me until payday) with one of my coworkers for Hobbit Day costume stuff.

And a surprise package arrived at my door from my parents today, which was extremely nice and thoughtful.
